SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
· Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 5:00pm AWST and we aim to process, pack and dispatch your order in the shortest possible time, usually the next business day. Every order is dispatched via Courier with tracking number.
· DOC FOOTBALL offers FREE SHIPPING world-wide for all online orders. If product is faulted we will need to have it posted back for inspection before being able to provide a new item in exchange. The new item will be posted directly to the same location of the original order.
· We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box as your delivery address, this will delay the processing of your order as we will need to contact you to arrange for an alternative delivery address.
If your delivery has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please email us at info@docgoalkeeping.com and we will submit a track and trace request on your behalf and get back to you with an expected delivery date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
· DOC FOOTBALL takes great pride in our reputation for quality and we take quality control very seriously, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or online credit.
· Refunds are only available if the product is damaged or faulty. Please contact us to arrange a refund. Items must be returned within 60 days of original dispatch.
· If you change your mind about the products or you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, the items don't fit the way that you would like or it is an unwanted gifts you are able to exchange the products for an on-line Credit only.
· Please make sure the item is packed inside a satchel, bag or box. Any items with the label taped on the product box cannot be accepted.
· Customisation: Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty
